This year we enjoyed Father's Day as a family. Typically I am in Lexington for work on Father's Day, but since our program was a week later this year we were able to spend the weekend together. We went out to Anthony and Jenny's for the evening. Papaw John and Mamaw came out too. We grilled out, fished in their pond, rode four-wheelers and made s'mores. It was awesome! Enjoy some great pics from the evening. It was great lighing to break out my prime/50 mm lens. I love that lens. I don't have to do much with it and it takes great photos.
Love these pictures of Kate!
Almost caught the corn on fire. Jenn had our niece about a week later from this picture! More soon about her...
Kate loves corn on the cob.
Gone fishin'.
The four cousins (oldest to youngest) taking a turn touching the fish.
Love this pic. They are both in heaven here.
Proud of her fish she caught with Papaw.
Look at those cheeks!
I think Addie likes riding the four-wheeler with Uncle Anthony.
Love this one too. Addie can be so girly sometimes, but she also likes to get dirty and do things like play in the dirt, fish, etc.
And I love this one! If you look close you can see the amount of dirt and sand all over her face. Clearly the night ended with a bath. Ha!
I took this picture to have proof that Jeremy caught a fish. We (as in Jenny and I) joke with him all the time about not be able to catch fish. Their pond is stocked and it doesn't take much skill. Hee hee.
Time for s'mores!
